Offering more new and improved products along with their new Roller Shades product line made of top quality material on Zebra, Blackout, and regular Roller Shades of all types, styles, and colors. With this new agreement we are now one of the top distributors in the South Florida Region. Together we created a program which gives us authorization to register construction companies and contractors as new dealers and negotiate the terms and conditions of their agreement. As an authorized dealer, you will receive all the standard benefits along with some additional perks as part of your dealer program. This program will allow you to receive your own dealer login and purchase impact windows and doors at wholesale directly from the manufacturer. And as a result of our new joint venture, you will have the option to purchase from any of our product lines at a rate lower than the industry standard, providing you with a clear advantage to your competitors. Each dealer agreement is unique and tailored specifically to your business.
A program which offers all the benefits of an authorized dealer without any commitment to satisfy the standard requirements needed to receive this opportunity. Those requirements sometimes consist of monthly quotas; having a warehouse and/or showroom; minimum of 2 years in business as a glass and glazing contractor; credit and background check; active accounts with other manufacturers and suppliers in good standing for a minimum of 1-2 years; and maintaining an active Florida license along with insurance liability and workers compensation. Most manufacturers are no longer accepting new dealers; others have such a strict application process it’s nearly impossible to be approved; and many are currently deactivating dealer accounts that don’t meet the minimum requirements. This is a great opportunity to get in for construction companies, general contractors, window contractors, and any other construction-related company that is interested in opening a window division. As a dealer, you can choose to become a supplier or distributor. A supplier sells directly to the consumer, whereas a distributor sells to other contractors and businesses. A dedicated account manager assigned to assist with any manufacturer related questions or concerns.
Complete training on estimating, order processing, product information, configuration, service requests and proper channels of communication.
Wholesale pricing on all manufacturer products and services. Additional discounts may apply based on monthly and quarterly sales revenue.
A verification process performed on all orders to prevent commonly overlooked errors in effort to avoid costly mistakes.
Delivery service is an available option. Orders can be delivered directly to the job site or a commercial warehouse for an additional charge.
Consultation services are available for those who would like to start their own window division. We provide our platform and expertise to help educate companies that want to learn the window industry.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Though our main focus is to help window contractors succeed in growing their business by offering dealer agreements with all the manufacturers in our network. However, our primary objective is to assist all other construction companies and contractors successfully start a window division or open an entirely new window company. Many contractors sub-contract their window projects to window contractors, giving away thousands of dollars in profit. Some may pass it on because they don’t want it or don’t have time. OUR PROGRAMS
Our strategy consists of offering multiple programs with a variety of available options. Rather than having only one standard program, we decided to create several programs with the option of selecting which features and benefits our dealers want. Every agreement will be completely unique and tailored to each individual. The three main types of programs are listed below.
Dealer Program: As a dealer, you are generally the contractor assigned to install the products you sold to the end user. All standard benefits are included within this program, and a list of all benefits and available services including the terms and conditions established will be available upon request.
Distributor Program: As a distributor, you will work directly with other contractors to become their main distributor of impact windows and doors. It is a similar version of the dealer program with a different business model. All standard benefits are included within this program, and all the information pertaining to it will be available upon request.
Consumer Wholesale Program: As a consumer, you too should have the opportunity to purchase products well below retail. As long as you are performing the installation yourself or hiring a third party to do so, you qualify to purchase directly from the manufacturer just like a contractor.
